What we cover
We publish reviews and data about shopping-agent and parcel-forwarding services, the fees they charge, the timings they keep, and the physical goods our readers most often order through them. Coverage follows reader demand and our own curiosity, not a calendar sold to anyone.
How products and agents are chosen
We choose agents we can order from ourselves and products that arrive from a storefront a reader can actually buy from. A feature request from a reader carries as much weight as a suggestion from our own desk. Nobody pays us to be included, to be ranked higher, or to have a fee change go unmentioned.
Sourcing rules
- Every published fee, weight and transit time traces to a receipt, a weight ticket or a timestamped screenshot in our archive.
- Quoted ten-point or percentage scores from outside material are converted to our five-point scale before publication.
- Where an agent disputes a number, we say so in the article and print both figures.
- Articles carry a publication date and a last-updated date. A retest date identifies an additional inspection that has actually been completed.
Scores
All editorial and reader-facing scores use a five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor, 1 very poor. Composite agent scores show their weighted components, so you can re-weight them for your own parcel.
Tools and automation
We use software for drafting, spreadsheet maths and photo cropping. Measurements, unboxings and score decisions are done by the named editor on the article. No score is generated by a script without a human signing it off.
Gifts and loans
We do not accept free products, free shipping credits or discounted agent fees in exchange for coverage. If an item is provided at no cost for any reason, we say so in the article, and the score still follows the same test protocol.
