Sobre Tomas Lindqvist
Tomas Lindqvist maintains the master table of agent fees, service charges and exchange-rate spreads, including checks for a 3% surcharge buried in a footnote. Comparison tables are rebuilt by hand from receipts before publication, and superseded rate cards are archived to record what changed and when. Every published figure is re-derived from source receipts in a spreadsheet, with quoted fee percentages checked against both the rate card and charged invoice. Lane transit uses a 12-week moving average, and any number that cannot be traced to a receipt is removed before publication.

Tomas re-derives every published figure from source receipts in a spreadsheet and checks quoted fee percentages against both the rate card and the charged invoice. Lane transit is analysed with a 12-week moving average so a single fast parcel does not flatter the route. Numbers that cannot be traced to a receipt are removed before publication.
